Puppies and Poodles

This week the team have been extremely excited and braved the everlasting miserable weather to see all the puppies that required our services this week! They were also very happy to see the big dogs too :)

Beanbag is now old enough to go out on walks, and together with Bonnie has had a lovely time pouncing on leaves and exploring the fields. At one point a labrador puppy managed to escape his owner's grasp and came flying over to play! This took Beanbag and Bonnie a bit by surprise, but they eventually welcomed their new playmate and had a lovely time, much to the owner's embarrassament!

For a brief second they both sat still                    During a game of "no that stick is mine!"
together long enough for me to take a
picture!

We must add a big Happy Birthday to Bonnie for yesterday!!

Scooby has been puppy sitting for Jasper the puppy this week. He has taken very good care of his visitor and enjoyed playing in the garden with him. Despite Scooby being 20 times the size of him, Jasper was very brave and loved his stay with Scooby.

Alfie is now a very big puppy. He is still just as mischievous as ever as he enjoyed burying his head in the ground to find all the best smells and chasing bits of paper. All of this fun out in the rain meant Alfie turned into a very soggy doggy indeed, so it was a good job he enjoyed a good towel dry on our return.

Big Jasper is still on holiday at his Aunties. He is enjoying relaxing in his holiday home and having some peace from his sock eating friend!

Ouch!! Rolo and Treacle's owner had a nasty accident and hurt her hand during the week. The Priority Pet Care team were more than happy to jump in and help by taking her loving labradors out for a walk a couple of times each day. They made lots of new friends, including a cat who decided to follow us on our walk (what a brave moggy!).

The team have been busy providing live in care for Fifi, Tilly, Molly and Oscar the gorgeous miniature poodles. Their favourite daily activity was snuggling up on the sofa and had a great time playing the game of how many poodles can fit on one person's lap! Oscar and Tilly managed a few walks out exploring the village during breaks of heavy rain and thunder.
